CRITICAL NOTICE REGARDING MINING CLAIMS & RECREATIONAL PROSPECTING:
NuggetStrike Field OS provides recreational geological data, historical surveys, and automated cadastral estimates for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for verifying on-the-ground mining claim monuments, active BLM serial numbers, and private property boundaries prior to conducting any prospecting or digging.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NuggetStrike Field OS web application or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Mineral Trespass and Land Stewardship

Federal Mining Law: Prospecting on an active unpatented mining claim without the express permission of the claimant constitutes mineral trespass under federal and state law (36 CFR § 261.9, 43 CFR § 3809).
Zero-Tolerance Zones: Gold panning, sluicing, and metal detecting are strictly prohibited within California State Parks (e.g., Empire Mine State Historic Park), National Parks, and posted private property.
Casual Use Rules: On open USFS National Forest lands (36 CFR § 228) and BLM Public Domain, casual panning and non-motorized hand tools are permitted without a permit, provided you leave no significant surface disturbance and respect active claims.

3. AI Geology and Model Accuracy

Pocket Geologist Vision, Historical Archives RAG, and Mineral Prospectivity Scores are generated using artificial intelligence and public historical surveys (USGS / CDMG). NuggetStrike does not warrant commercial ore grades, economic viability, or title certainty of any deposit.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

NuggetStrike Pro: Billed on a monthly recurring basis at $9.99/month. Subscriptions unlock 200 monthly AI inferences, unlimited historical RAG queries, and advanced claim tools.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or web account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NuggetStrike or its operators be liable for any field accidents, terrain hazards, environmental violations, equipment damages, or mineral title disputes arising from the use of this software.
